    I’m surprised someone who owns a light blue highlighter(?) could be so aggressive.

    not gonna lie. I towed soooo many cars out of my parking spot in Iowa City. I never used blue highlighter on any of the pre-towing notes, but I wouldn’t be surprised if I threw in a lisa frank sticker every once in a while…
